Multiple reports have Incarnate Word set to hire Central Michigan assistant Shane Heirman as their new head coach. Heirman was listed in our final seven candidates back on 4/19.

Heirman had been at CMU for the past two seasons, and spent four years at DePaul before that. Prior to his time at the college level, he served as the head coach at national prep power La Lumiere School (IN).
