HoopDirt.com can confirm several reports that Maryland Director of Player Development Cliff Warren will become an assistant coach at UMass. Warren had been an assistant on Mark Turgeon’s staff for the past three seasons before being moved to an administrative position this spring. Before coming to Maryland, Warren spent nine seasons as the head coach at Jacksonville where he went 126-150. An official announcement is expected shortly.
