I can confirm that Yale head coach James Jones will hire Rey Crossman as his new Director of Basketball Operations. Crossman will replace Chris Vincent who became an assistant at Miami Dade College earlier this month (Ivy League Dirt).

Crossman had been an assistant at Skidmore College for the past three seasons. Prior to joining Joe Burke’s staff, he served as the head coach and director of player development at Combine Preparatory Academy. Crossman also worked as a manager under Alan Major at Charlotte from 2012-14.
