Monte Ross is no longer the head basketball coach at Delaware. The move was confirmed by Ross a few minutes ago on Twitter:
I had a great run at UD (10 years)…Thanks to UD for the opportunity, really appreciate you guys, you were great to me and my family! #hens
In ten years as the head coach at Delaware, Ross compiled a 132-184 record (7-23 this season). Before coming to Delaware, Ross was an assistant at Drexel and St. Joe’s.
This is the second CAA job to open this week. James Madison and Matt Brady parted ways on Monday.
