Patrick Frost has been named as the Video Coordinator on Lamont Smith’s staff at the University of San Diego.

Frost had spent the last three years as an assistant coach at Whitworth University. He has also coached with the Emerald City Basketball Academy U17 Elite Boys team and was a Mercer Island High School varsity assistant coach from 2007 through 2010.

Frost is a 2004 graduate of Mercer Island HS, where he led the Islanders to a final record of 24-4 (15-0) as a senior.  He was voted first Team All-Kingco and Washington Preps second Team All-State.

In college he played at the University of Redlands from 2004-2006, helping his Bulldogs team set an NCAA all-division points-per-game record.
