It sounds like the search to replace Shay Berry as the head coach at Hunter College (NY) is close to wrapping up.  As I’ve mentioned here before, this has been a fairly long search.  Berry resigned back in May, and then there was a long period of debate at the college as the tried to determine if the position would be full-time or part-time (it will be full-time).  According to multiple sources, the two finalists are: Jake Scott (Head Coach SUNY Maritime), and John Pelin (assistant coach NYU).  It sounds like an announcement could be made here as early as the end of this week.  More on this one as I hear it.
