I have heard from a great source that NJIT Director of Basketball Operations Joe Gutowski will be elevated to assistant coach. He will replace Stephen Sauers who resigned earlier this summer.

Gutowski has been at NJIT for the past two seasons. He is a former Hoop Group staffer who also spent time as an assistant at Muhlenberg College.

I have also heard that NJIT will hire former Miller School (VA) head coach Danny Manuel as their new DBO. Manuel had spent the past four seasons at The Miller School where he went 82-33 with three straight trips to the state championship game.

These moves are expected to be announced officially shortly.
