I can confirm that D2 Mars Hill is looking for a new head men’s basketball coach.

A bit of a unique situation at Mars Hill this season. Head Coach Vic Finora coached the team through mid-December, and then was replaced on an interim basis by assistant coach Alex Biggerstaff. Now that the season has ended, the job is officially open.

Finora took over at Mars Hill during the 2016-17 season, after first serving as the interim head coach, and then being promoted to head coach. Before coming to Mars Hill, he served as an assistant at SAC conference foe Coker College.

An official announcement is expected shortly.
