I can confirm that D3 Marywood University (PA) will hire Jon Showers as their new Head Men’s Basketball Coach. Showers has spent the past two seasons as an assistant at D3 DeSales University (PA).

Prior to his time at DeSales, Showers was an assistant at York College (PA) from 2015-2020. He also worked at D2 Millersville University (PA), and had a previous stint as an assistant at Marywood.

Showers will replace Enrico Mastroianni departed at the end of July and became the Director of Athletics at Abington Heights High School (PA).

An official announcement is expected early this week.
