I can confirm that Moberly Area CC (MO) assistant coach Rusty Elmore will be named as the new head basketball coach at Colby CC (KS). He will replace Rusty Grafel who is headed to Texas Tech in an administrative role.

Elmore joined the MACC staff after serving as an assistant at Vincennes University. He has also worked at Kentucky Wesleyan, Union College, and Lindsey Wilson College.

An official announcement is expected early next week.
