Northern State University assistant men’s basketball coach, Matt Sevareid has resigned his position with the Wolves. Sevareid has spent the past six seasons as the Wolves assistant after a head coaching stint with Presentation College.

“Matt has been an integral part of bringing the culture back to Northern State Basketball,” noted head coach Paul Sather. “He worked tirelessly these past six years in all aspects of our program and his passion for NSU is irreplaceable. He is a great friend and someone we’ll miss working with each day… we wish him the best in his new endeavors.”

The search for the next men’s basketball assistant is currently underway.
