BREAKING: Billy Donovan Headed to Oklahoma City

Multiple media outlets are reporting the Florida Head Coach Billy Donovan has agreed to a deal to become the head coach of the Oklahoma City Thunder. Donovan had been the head coach of the Gators for the past 19 seasons.  He compiled a 467-186 record, went to four Final Fours, and won two National Championships

Anthony Grant Rejoins Florida Staff

Former Alabama head coach Anthony Grant will return to Florida and re-join Billy Donovan’s staff.  Grant was a long-time assistant to Donovan at UF – the pair worked together from 1996-2006.  After his time on the Gators staff, Grant became the head coach at VCU where he had a ton of success, going 76-25 (.752)

HOT RUMOR: McCall the choice at Chattanooga

The Times Free Press was the first to report that Florida assistant Florida assistant Matt McCall will be named as the new head coach at Tennessee Chattanooga.  McCall was listed by HoopDirt.com as one of the candidates late last week (Tennessee-Chattanooga Dirt).  He was a manager and then DBO for Billy Donovan at Florida before joining
