I can confirm a couple of staff moves by Russ Pennell at Central Arkansas.  Josh Lowery and Tyler Miller who both served as Graduate Assistants / Assistant DBO’s at UCA last season have both been promoted – Lowery will serve as an assistant coach, and Miller will assume the DBO role.  Lowery played at Pepperdine
