According to a report just published by ESPN, Thad Matta has turned down an offer by Georgia to become their next head basketball coach. Georgia Dirt…

According to a report by Jon Rothstein, Georgia has offered their job to former Ohio State head coach Thad Matta. He would replace Mark Fox who was fired over the weekend after eight seasons with the Bulldogs. Matta spent 13 seasons at OSU (337-123) and was also the head coach at Butler (2000-01 – 24-8)
