I can confirm that Penn State head coach Patrick Chambers has made some administrative staff moves.  It sounds like David Caporaletti as will be hired as the DBO, and Nick Colella will be added as the on-campus recruiting coordinator.  Caporaletti will replace Ross Condon who was elevated to assistant coach earlier this spring.  He has worked

Multiple sources, including CBSSports.com’s Jon Rothstein have reported that Penn State DBO Ross Condon will be elevated to assistant coach.  He will replace Brian Daly who departed Pat Chambers staff earlier this spring.  Condon has been on Chambers’ staff at PSU for the past four seasons, and was a walk-on at Villanova when Chambers was
