Following-up on a report from earlier tonight, it now appears that Bob Huggins has resigned as the head basketball coach at West Virginia.

An earlier report by Jeff Goodman said that Huggins told his team that he would not coach them during the 2023-24 season. The follow-up tweet from Jon Rothstein provides more detail confirming that it was in fact a resignation.
