A few quick hitters to start your Monday -sounds like it will be pretty active with assistants on the move this week…

• JC updates…from what I have heard, the searches at Panola and Indian Hills are done.  Both schools have made great hires.  Will give you the names later today when I come off of double secret probation.  Both are assistants from great programs.

• I have heard that new Arizona State head coach Bobby Hurley will bring assistant Levi Watkins with him from Buffalo, and retain current ASU assistant Stan Johnson.  Watkins was with Hurley for two seasons at Buffalo, and was the DBO at his alma mater NC State before that.  Johnson was hired by Herb Sendek back in 2013 – he has also worked at Utah and Drake.

• It sounds like former Fordham assistant Tom Parrotta will join Sydney Johnson’s staff at Fairfield.  Parrotta was most recently on Tom Pecora’s staff at Fordham.  He also spent six seasons as the head coach at Canisius (2006-2012).  Johnson still has one more slot to fill on his staff.
