Justin Welke tendered his resignation as Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Harper College. He indicated that he wanted to “pursue other career and coaching interests.” He was thankful for the opportunity to coach at Harper and for his time working with the students and staff in athletics. “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time with the student-athletes
