CONFIRMED: Nebraska hires Miles

Colorado State AD Jack Graham has confirmed that CSU’s Tim Miles will be hired as the next head coach at Nebraska. A news conference is expected for tomorrow where Miles will be formally introduced. Miles is believed to have received a 5-year deal worth in the neighborhood of $1.5 million per season.

The term “interim” has been removed Jamaal Jackson’s position title, and after one season as interim head coach of the Bluefield State College men’s basketball team, Jackson is now the team’s head coach. He remains in a Las Vegas area hospital where he is said to be doing well.
