I can confirm that D2 Lynn University (FL) will hire Indian River State College (FL) Bill Morosco as their new head men’s basketball coach.

Morosco has spent the past two seasons as the helm of the IRSC program where he has gone 49-13 (25-6 this past year). Prior to his time at Indian River, Morosco served as the head coach at Garden City CC (KS) where he went 22-10 in his lone season, and Independence CC (KS) where he went 36-19 in two seasons.

Morosco also had a successful run as an assistant at D2 Barry University (FL), and spent time at Presbyterian, The Citadel, and Eastern Florida State.

The official announcement is expected sometime this week.
