Some “dirt” to wrap-up the week…

• It sounds like Hunter College (NY) may finally be closer to naming a head coach.  I can confirm that SUNY Maritime head coach Jake Scott is no longer a candidate.  He removed himself from the race because the season was getting close.  If the job remains full-time, NYU assistant John Pelin is the leader.

• I can confirm that Austin Anderson has been named as an assistant at Maine Presque Isle.  He had worked in administrative roles at Alabama-Birmingham since 2012.  Prior to UAB, he was a graduate assistant at Shades Mountain Christian School (AL).

• I have heard that Blaise Davis will be become an assistant at Minnesota-Crookston.  He was most recently an assistant at Dakota County Technical College.
