A few quick items from the JUCO level…

• Bill Haskell will retire as the head basketball coach at SUNY Adirondack. He had been the head coach at the school since 1999, and also served as an assistant coach at Skidmore.

• I have heard that Randy Jackson is no longer the head coach at Sussex County Community College (NY). Jackson had been at the helm since 2010 – this season’s squad finished 5-23.

• I can confirm that Sam Cheung is the new head coach at UConn Avery Point. He replaces James Childs who retired following this past season. Cheung had been an assistant at UCAP for the past two seasons, and has also been an assistant at Coast Guard.
