The Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting that St. Joe’s has fired Phil Martelli. He was informned of the decision yesterday. The official announcement is expected today. Martelli had been the head coach of the Hawks since 1995. In his 24 seasons, he compiled a 444-328 record. He was the 2004 Consensus National Coach of the Year
