REPORT: Joe Dooley headed to East Carolina

Florida Gulf Coast head coach Joe Dooley is returning to East Carolina according to a report by 94.3 The Game.  Dooley was the head coach at East Carolina from 1995-1999 where he went 57-52. He then served as an assistant at Kansas, New Mexico, and Wyoming before becoming the head coach at FGCU in 2013.

HOT: Dan Hurley Headed to UConn

URI’s Dan Hurley will become the next head basketball coach at UConn according to an ESPN report this morning. The deal is reported to be a six-year pact. Hurley’s Rams finished this season with a 26-8 record and advanced to the round of 32 in the NCAA Tournament. He compiled a 113-82 in his six

BREAKING: Central Florida to Hire Johnny Dawkins

According to an ESPN report, Johnny Dawkins as accepted an offer to become the head coach at Central Florida.  Dawkins was released as the head coach at Stanford last week after an 8-year run where he compiled a 156-115 record.  The former Duke guard will replace Donnie Jones who was fired immediately after the season ended.
