I can confirm that Mark Downey will be named as an assistant at IPFW.  Downey spent last season as an assistant at Bowling Green, and has also been the head coach at West Alabama, Charleston (WVa.), Arkansas Tech, and Independence CC.  He will replace Ben Betts who became an assistant at Georgia Southern this past spring.
