Maryland assistant coach Matt Brady has been suspended for six games. According to the Baltimore Sun, Brady was suspended for violations of NCAA rules involving working with players while in a non-coaching role. Brady, the former head coach at James Madison and Marist, joined the Terps staff prior to last season in a non-coaching role. Maryland head coach Mark Turgeon told the Sun, “We identified some violations from last season regarding coaching versus non-coaching responsibilities and have decided to self-impose a six-game suspension for Matt Brady beginning with tonight’s exhibition. As a staff, we have cooperated fully with our compliance office to ensure this will not happen again.” The full story can be found HERE.

But the records raise new questions about Oregon’s willingness to repeatedly engage with a talent hustler.” More on this story HERE.
