TCU’s Dixon begins term as NABC President

TCU head men’s basketball coach Jamie Dixon has officially started his term as the 2020-21 NABC Board of Directors president, succeeding 2019-20 president Mike Brey of Notre Dame. Dixon’s term will run through the 2021 NCAA Final Four. Dixon has been at TCU since 2016 after a 13-year run as the head coach at Pittsburgh.

BREAKING: TCU to Name Jamie Dixon Head Basketball Coach

CBSSports.com’s Jon Rothstein is reporting the Pitt head coach Jamie Dixon is headed to TCU.  Dixon, a 1987 TCU alum, has been at Pitt for the past 13 seasons where he has gone 328-123.  It sounds like the official announcement could come as early as this afternoon.  More on this developing story as we hear it.
