I have heard from a great source that the leader at Williams is Army assistant Kevin App. The former Cornell player started his coaching career as an assistant at Williams (2008-09). I can confirm that Yale assistant Jamie Snyder-Fair has departed the staff after four seasons. He is currently involved with a bunch of DIII jobs - RPI, WIlliams, and Hobart.
