According to a report from the Los Angeles Times, UCLA’s courtship of TCU head coach Jamie Dixon has ended “barring an 11th-hour resolution.“

It appears that the $8 million buyout is too much for UCLA “even after identifying Dixon as their candidate as part of a lengthy search“, and TCU is not willing to lower it.

According to the report, the Bruins could now shift their focus to the other finalist Cincinnati’s Mick Cronin.
