A few things to start the week… Portland State assistant coach Kahil Fennell has joined Chris Mack’s new staff at Louisville as the Director of Basketball Operations. Fennell was the associate head coach at Texas-Permian Basin for two years before joining the Portland State staff prior to last season. An official announcement is expected shortly.

Central Penn College Basketball Staff Update

The Central Penn College Men’s Basketball program has announced the hiring of Tramayne Hawthorne, Kenny Stone, and Wes Kirkland as assistant basketball coaches for the 2017-18 season. Hawthorne (Drexel 2009) was 2000-point scorer, and State Champion at Steel-High before heading to Drexel University to extend his playing career. Hawthorne played for defensive guru Bruiser Flint.
